  1. Advertise the Property as BREG, Inc deems advisable in newspapers, publications, promotional DVD’S , computer networks, including the Internet and other media; place appropriate transaction signs on the Property, including “For Sale” signs and “Sold” signs, including but not limited to the Owner’s (i) name, (ii) trademarks and service marks, (iii) trade dress, and (iv) copyrights, in connection with marketing or advertising the Property. BREG, Inc also market BREG, Inc and BREG, Inc relationship with Radio, Television and media print see below.
  2. BREG, Inc will launch local commercial airtime on T.V to promote BREG, Inc services, its partners and their products in 9 counties in the Central and South Florida area.

  7. Place the property in the multiple listing service(s) (“MLS”); or in Loopnet Commercial Real Estate online.

  9. Create a temporary Office /Sales Showroom until models are built.
  10. Report to the MLS/Association of Realtors® all information related to the Property, including, but not limited to, price, terms and financing information relating to any resulting sale of the Property;
  11. BregManage all relationships with other brokers or agents as it pertains to the marketing of the Property, including, but not limited to any affiliated broker or agent associated with the MLS;
  12. Provide objective comparative market analysis information to any party interested in purchasing the Property;
  13. Develop CONDOMINIUM by laws , HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION & CDD
