Meet Bianca Caruso, a proud Florida native and second-generation REALTOR. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Bianca returned to her roots in Florida, armed with a unique skill set that blended her understanding of human behavior and relationships with her love of real estate.
Prior to her real estate career, Bianca successfully ran two small businesses and worked in the field of social work. These entrepreneurial ventures provided her with invaluable experience in client relations, negotiation, and problem-solving – skills that seamlessly translated into her role as a Realtor. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues to drive her as she seeks innovative ways to assist her clients in achieving their real estate dreams while providing superior customer service.
As a mother of young kids, she values the balance between her career and family life and enjoying all the wonderful things Central Florida has to offer. On her time off, Bianca enjoys water activities like going to the beach, boating, and spending time with her kids, husband and their Golden Retriever named Skye.
