Julian enjoys working with single family residences in the $450,000 and under category. Those are the homes purchased and sold by some of his favorite clients – first time buyers, move-up buyers, local and foreign investors.

Experience is the best teacher, and Julian brings a wealth of experience to his role in helping Orange and Osceola County, Florida buyers and sellers.

In the year 1996, at the age of 19, Julian began his Real Estate career as a desktop publisher for the top Century 21 Real Estate sales office in New Jersey where he personally created, edited, and published a 32 page monthly home magazine.
